I have always had a great experience with Future Ford. I bought my Escape there & this is where I have it serviced. They know & remember me, and are very friendly & helpful. I love that they'll pick my car up from work for service so I don't have to spend a weekend doing it. Thanks! more

The personnel were all professional and had a positive attitude. The repair on a fan motor I felt too long considering it tied my vehicle up for about 4 days. That said, they tried their best to make things right and that was greatly appreciated. more
