Great Customer Service and Work Done Right 6/26/2014

I took my Hyundai GX350L into the service department for them to replace the power steering pump. Brad Fourmet was excellent with his Hyundai knowledge and customer service. The work was completed on time and Brad kept me updated throughout the whole process. The cost of the repair was fair. I highly recommend Future Hyundai of Concord (aka Future Ford). more

Convenient and Easy 6/25/2014

Internet quotes work well. Only thinking about a Ford Escape on Friday, wanting to get price etc., and a few days later we drove out with the car we wanted. Didn't have to look at cars we were interested in! more

The staff always focuses on you and your needs, even if they come across something unforeseen. I have had the Escape in twice for recall issues in addition to routine maintenance and they accommodate my availability for dropoff and pickup. In fact, this most recent maintenance appointment included another recall that Ford had yet to contact me about. more

Everyone was very nice and helpful at the dealership and went out of their way to give me a great experience. However, I took .5 points away because I think there needs to be some improvement in the phone service department. It was frustrating trying to make an appointment over the phone because every service provider switched me to a new phone line and eventually I was sent to a message machine. Seemed like no one knew what they were doing or had an answer for me. I didn't even get a call back after I left a message. I had better luck making an appointment online and chatting with a service provider online. more

Outstanding customer service 6/25/2014

For over 2 yrs. the service reps. have been amazingly attentive to taking good care of my Mercury Milan. Recently they took care of a recall problem that I was unaware of-- well I got the recall notice later that same day. Rob is especially courteous & helpful. more

Was looking at options on a Fiesta at 8:45 on a Friday night, requested a quote, and heard back very shortly from Sal, the Internet Sales Manager. We texted back and forth to narrow down what options I was looking for and found that he had a few that might fit my needs. Went down on Saturday, and there was a still new 2013 Fiesta SE on the lot clearance priced. It was almost exactly what I was looking for, the only missing options were things I was willing to sacrifice for price anyway. Sal was very helpful and I was able to drive away that day with my new car. more
