Everyone was very nice and helpful at the dealership and went out of their way to give me a great experience. However, I took .5 points away because I think there needs to be some improvement in the phone service department. It was frustrating trying to make an appointment over the phone because every service provider switched me to a new phone line and eventually I was sent to a message machine. Seemed like no one knew what they were doing or had an answer for me. I didn't even get a call back after I left a message. I had better luck making an appointment online and chatting with a service provider online.
