Alex Grill a welcome me and offer to assist. He was professional, understanding of my time window and called me as promise. I was impressed with his customer service and attention to detail. I love the service and the attention, not like other places where and employee walks by and does not acknowledge you and acts like they don't see you. This is not the case here. That's why I purchase my vehicles here and bring my vehicles here for service. Keep up the good work!!! more

Convenient & friendly staff 7/12/2014

I took my Ford Edge in because I was having issues with it not syncing to my cell phone. Kim Sloat, my service advisor recommended a software update and everything is working great now. I even got my car washed without asking. Very happy with the service here. more

Put the Client First 7/12/2014

Due to a flat tire earlier on the day we had an immediate need to have it replaced on order to commute to work the following morning. The Walnut Creek Ford was booked and not accommodating however a call to Concord, to Tim, changed that as he advised to come on as soon as possible without question. He was client focused, a pleasure to deal with, had me taken care of in no time. Dilemma solved which was most appreciated. more
