Fast service, but missing something 6/30/2014

I went in for a 10k service which was to include a wash. I got everything but the wash. Its not like it wasn't obvious tht it neede one either and I asked for it. more

first service for oil change and rotation 6/29/2014

Scheduled an appointment, went in and in 5 min my car was processed and even got a shuttle to go the mall. After an hour and 45 min I got a call saying my car was ready and a shuttle would be ready when I need it. Overall the business was quick, friendly, and accommodating. more

Everyone was very helpful and accomodating, from the service writer to the shuttle driver. Lisa and Kim were wonderful and really helped me out. The customer service is wonderful and that's why I only take my car to Future Ford. more

Took my Sonata in for oil change. They also changed the cabin air filter. All completed in less than an hour. Friendly staff. Great place to take your car. more
