Due to a flat tire earlier on the day we had an immediate need to have it replaced on order to commute to work the following morning. The Walnut Creek Ford was booked and not accommodating however a call to Concord, to Tim, changed that as he advised to come on as soon as possible without question. He was client focused, a pleasure to deal with, had me taken care of in no time. Dilemma solved which was most appreciated.
