We were very happy with your courteous and understanding employees. Although they were unable to fix it on the first and second tries, they gave us a loner for the third try so they could keep the car all day and solve the issues more

Never thought I would be the kind of person who always takes their car for service to the dealership, but I am. I love taking my car in to Ford... Friendly service and you always feel like they're going to take great care of you and your car. Never do I feel like I am being sold something I don't need either. I also appreciate the free shuttle. more

The customer service is great once I'm at the dealership. Their phone system needs work though! They need to get separate phone lines for their dealership and departments because it took me 20+ minutes to finally tell someone that I had already made an appointment. more

I would give Ford a great recommendation. The people working there are the greatest, meaning polite and trusting. I especially liked Mr. Don Tuller who explainled and was very clear about what my car needed regarding the "recall" Thank you for your service. I do like FORD. more
