They did not have the truck that I was looking for but searched their inventory around the bay area and found what I was looking for. They did everything they could to create a deal that would work within my means and then they drove that day to pick up the truck and bring it to their dealership. Fantastic customer service. Not a single bad thing to say about this dealership and its workers. more

The employees are the greatest 3/31/2014

Sal Shah, our new car salesman, is the best salesman we have ever dealt with in our long history of buying new cars. Sal is the most polite and friendly person you would ever like to meet. He knows all the answers to the many questions we had. There was never any pressure from him at all, which is a first for us in buying a new car. He went over the details of learning about all the new features on our new car. He said to contact him anytime if we had questions. Sal made the purchasing of a new car a good experience. He is an asset to Future Ford of Concord and gives a good name to car salesman. My wife and I would highly recommend asking for Sal Shah for anyone interested in buying a car. more

Everyone! 3/24/2014

We have the best team of people to work with in our recent purchase. Marvin, the sales rep to the gentlemen getting our financing and the service staff (a couple of minor adjustments needed on a new car). Other dealerships we went to first could really learn a lot from the team we were fortunate to work with. Car buying has never been so easy. Thank you. more

I have been going to Future Ford of Concord for some time now and continue to be impressed with the quality and speed of their work. Everyone is helpful- from people on the phone, the people that check the car in, and the service advisors. The recommendations, quality of the work, and followup are top notch. In short, I am a very happy customer and give them my highest recommendation. I've used several advisors over time but most recently have been helped by Kim who is very helpful and does great work. more
