Kim, my service rep, went out of his way to be helpful. He explained what needed to be down to my car so that I could understand what was happening. He made himself available to help me even after the job was completed. more

My Service adviser Kim was very accomidating and easy to work with! He was great with follow up calls and even went as far as to deliver my car to my home when I was unable to pick it up before they closed. Appreciate the hard work! more

I have had few repairs, but all that I have had have apparently been done correctly. My only suggestion is that you should buy your staff a new calendar. I was there a week ago, not two days ago on February 26, as your email said I had been. more

100,000 mile tune up - Flex (Modified) 2/28/2014

Wish going to the dealership for service wasn't so expensive! It's not rocket science, but having the wrong experienced person working on your car could certainly cause an explosion. Future Ford has been the most fair of all the dealerships in the area, but it still always costs 3 times as much as expected. more

I have a lifetime oil change policy with Lithia that Future Ford was servicing. Lithia no longer uses Future Ford to service this policy but Future Ford gave us an oil change anyway until we can get this straightened out with Lithia. Thank you Future Ford. more
