I have been to Future Ford of Concord 3 times since Dec 2013. Each time I experienced warm and friendly service. My questions were answered and the sales team were very patient. They did not use aggressive tactices for a sale and instead really wanted to make sure that I was informed on the vehicles so that I would be confident in my decision making. I would like to recoginize three people. Reuben who was my first sales person and got me started on the passion for a ford vehicle. Nest is Mitch who worked with me on more than one occassion and then lined me up with Ben to asist me one my only day off. Ben was outstanding and walked m,e through everything. He really worked with me through the negotiation process and was quick to get answers to my needs and concerns.
