I came in on a Wednesday morning to have my 2013 Ford Explorer looked at due to a leak in the back window. Kim greeted me right away, diagnosed the issue within a few hours. He then gave me a proper time frame, put me in a rental car free of charge, and gave me several options for the end repair. Kim was absolutely fantastic at coming up with the best solution for me, was patient with me throughout the process, and was friendly and personable. I would highly recommend the service department and Future Ford and I can promise you that if I have any future issues with my car I will come straight to Kim! Thank you again!
