Recent 5,000 Mile Check UP 1/31/2014

I am always treated with respect and I am also kept up-to-date on all the needs of my car. Being a single woman, who uses her car daily for work as well as for personal reasons, I need to have a reliable automobile. Future Ford has always been the best in helping me maintain my auto and giving me superior service. I have been dealing with Future Ford since 2008 and have never had any complaints. Mitch and Danny were awesome. Danny was very helpful with explaining all of the features on my Escape 2013. The office staff was very promot with scheduling my vehicle for a moon roof instillation. Very pleased. more

The Hyundai service staff is awesome. I've dealt with Chris, Brad and Maribel and they're extremely knowledgeable and professional. 1/31/2014

Service staff is wonderful. Facility is clean and inviting. My only suggestion is for those needing to wait for their car to be serviced is that the waiting area be eventually upgraded for those individuals using electronic devices such as more outlets or small work stations. The lounge area is designed as something you'd see in the 20th century. People like to see more efficient waiting rooms to accommodate their on-the-go work style. Again, not a a fault, just a suggestion. more

Quick oil change 1/30/2014

I was in a hurry and my car really needed an oil change. Rob (the sweetest) helped me and assured me he would make it work in the timing I had. Thanks to the whole oil changing team to get me out on time to my appointment. I work full time M-F and find it hard to get things done in a certain time frame. THANK YOU!!!!! more

New car Purchase 1/30/2014

Leisa Christensen was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us select the right product for us, guided us through the maze of the new-car purchase, worked the pricing and options with the management and explained all the equipped features and followed through with ensuring the final prep and delivery was done properly. The "Moneyman" ,sorry for not remembering his name, was also very helpful with all the document and provided useful information about each item. The service department delivered on getting the car ready and applying the protective coating. Overall we are very satisfied with the professionalism and friendliness of those encountered. They get the job done! 1/30/2014

I own a 2004 Hyndai Santa Fe. It was having some funky misfiring happening and needed some regular maintenance due. My service adviser is Brad and he was wonderful the whole time. They had difficulty isolating the problem and had the car for a while. They gave me a rental (free of charge) and kept in contact with me the whole time. They were respectful, intelligent and considerate. I will be coming back again and recommend anyone to have them check out your Hyundai. more

Oil change takes too long 1/30/2014

Takes a little too long for a basic oil change. We were in on a Monday and it was almost 2 hours to get the oil changed. I can go to Jiffy Lube and be out in less than 20 minutes. It is also a problem that you cannot make appointments. more

Good customer service in the Service & Parts department (Hyundai) 1/30/2014

The service manager, Chris Grate, was patient and very helpful. He got the job done fast and right and was totally professional. The Parts Department did an excellent job helping Chris find the parts for my car too. more
