Went in for routine maintenance. Was just waiting to be told that I needed to have x, y, and z done as well. Dealerships always seems to pull this. Pleasantly surprised when all went well and no additional fixes, maintenance or costs were incurred. I will go back. more

customer service 1/17/2014

hyundai service took 1.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and outside body car wash only. appointment time was at 8 am. My car did not come out clean after running it through the wash. more

GREAT Service!! 1/17/2014

Very impressed with the service I received. Not only did the do my oil change, change my filter and rotate my tire, they gave me a ride home and back, did it in a very timely fashion and washed my vehicle! Super friendly and couldn't have asked for a better experience and it was all free!! First time oil change plus, complimentary since it was my first time with my new car. I will be back! Kim was super :) more

appointment was 11 a.m. told it would take 2 1/2 or 3 hours and it took 4 1/2. I am a long time customer and know they are busy but this was just not necessary. more
