Great Sales People 1/13/2014

The manager (mister know it ALL) can used an attitude adjustment. He talks down to the customers like you don't understand anything about buying a car. By the way this was probably my 10th car purchase. Otherwise everyone else at the dealership were excellent even the finance guy! more

The only thing the associate didn't do was have the things that he said should be repaired, an amount of about $800.00, expensive, placed on the receipt. I wanted to know these items so that I could decide which actually needed to be repaired. more

Lisa, our sales person, helped us to experience a totally different way of purchasing a car without spending a lot of time on negotiating the final price or going through a lot of stress. Steve in finance was also very respectful of our time and very open and honest about financing options and which will suit our situation better. more

Couldn't start my car. Called the service dept for advice. Wound up calling roadside assistance. Car was towed. Turned out to be the battery. Got a new battery. All is well! more
