Review content:
We had made an appointment for maintenance for 2:30 PM on a Friday. We got there dropped the car and was given a courtesy ride to Claim Jumper's so we could have lunch while we waited. We got back adn the car was not ready until close to 5:30 pm. We spoke with the lady that checked us in and inquired about the point of making an appointment if we had to wait just like the walk-ins. She was able very kind and understanding and immediately worked to resolve the situation. She comped us the maintenance adn gave a car wash and a future coupon for a detailing. We appreciated her kindness and willingness to help us out.
