I brought in my 2013 Escape for normal service and to figure out where an annoying rattle was coming from. They were very efficient in getting the normal stuff done quickly then started work on the rattle. I took the technician on a quick ride and he came up with a number of possibilities. They investigated each one until they found the cause, fixed it, tested it, and retested it. Was also able to use their shuttle service to and from the dealership to my house.
