Most people think I am lying when I tell them I have cellulite, well now I would be lying if I said I have cellulite because I don't thanks to Forever Young. Everyone knows the saying word of mouth will kill your business. People who are mad tell 10 friends where not to go. People who are happy tell maybe 1 if any. I have lost 6 inches on my stomach at Forever Young. If you are not seeing results I recommend you stay consistent. Eating right and exercising also helps. Forever Young does not have a magic wand but I have seen a significant improvement in my body. It is like everything else we do it helps but you must be consistent watch what you eat and have realistic expectations. I am a bigger girl I know I am not going to ever be a size 2 or look like a super model but I have lost some inches which has helped my self esteem and my shirts and pants are fitting better. more

Would NEVER recommend this place!! After you've paid money, I dare you to (1) try to every get an apppointment & if you do, then actually receive the procedure you have paid for or (2) try to get a refund. This place is such a joke--no surprise the ""techs"" come & go faster than you can learn their names. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! more

I had never heard of Pixel until I went into Forever Young and I \r \r am sure glad I did. \r \r I was in an accident about ten years ago. My arm was cut and \r \r it was sever, at the wrist and I had to have surgery. The scar is \r \r sever and everyone always asks me what happened. I wanted \r \r to get the scar removed and went to Forever Young. The \r \r manager told me about Pixel and I was very happy. I signed \r \r up and it was the best thing I ever did. \r \r I just finished me sessions and not only is the scar on my wrist \r \r go but I had my acne scars removed too. \r \r Forever Young what a class act. I am 32. When I was very young I decided to get a few tattoos. As I grew up, went to college, got married, had children and started my career I had changed so much. The tattoos did not fit me anymore. I spent everyday looking in my closet for clothes that would cover my tattoos, worried a co worker might see them and judge me. After investing in some very expensive make up that doesn't work well at all and believe me have tried them all. I decided I had to get them removed.\r \r I researched and found Forever Young. I was a little sceptical because tattoo removal used to be very expensive and painful. I went in anyways and am so happy I did. It was not painful or expensive They provide....\r Safe way to remove unwanted tattoos\r \r Effective treatment for dark tattoo inks (black, blue and green)\r \r Dramatic results after several treatments\r \r After 15 years my tattoos are finally gone. No more covering up, applying make up and I am so ecstatic. \r \r Thank you Forever Young for giving me my confidants back.\r more

There are several flaws in Forever Young practices: 1) Forever young ONLY wants your money 2) the sales people are either not paid enough by the hour or are pushed to be extremely persistent until you buy something, Anything. Once you've paid, it is as if you do not exist anymore and customer service is out the Window. There is no sense of customer service instilled in these overworked, and commission-based managers who run the day to day operations at this ""MED-spa"". 3) there is nothing MED about this spa. there are no doctors or professionals on staff (except one RN) and they do not use proper procedures for certain treatments such as pixel. My friend received pixel at a spa near Bridgeport and they actually numbed her skin and guided her on what meds to take, prescribed the meds, and called her daily to check on her. Forever young does not numb anything. It feels as if you're face is burning and on fire during the procedure AND after - for a week! No warnings, check ups, or meds are given to help pacify the pain. 4) when you make an appointment here, be prepared to wait for 1-2 months because they are always ""booked."" Funny, because I watched another woman buy a package in front of me and she got in within a week! When i asked for an appointment it was for 2 months out. if you cancel an appointment, be prepared to wait another 2 months to get in. 5) the ethics are obviously lacking in ownership and management, which eventually affects the staff which is apparent due to the horrible employee turnover. I have never seen the same girl there more than 3x because they always end up quitting and you hear about how much they hate working there during your treatment 6) there is no such thing as a refund or a corporate office. The corporate office is made up of one girl who claims she is the receptionist and cannot help with anything. I asked for a refund prior to getting ANY of my treatments due to being treated horribly by one of the managers who did not have time to talk to me AFTER I paid her and she claimed there are no refunds. This does not change her attitude but surely will not buy my business. more

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They hard sell, I mean really hard sell their services and they don't work. You can't get appointments and their customer service is awful. Their accent provided no results and neither did their laser hair removal. I just want my money back! more

I signed up, changed my mind the very next day after hearing some reviews from friends that also signed up with Forever young laser treatment... so i call the spa so i can get an address of the corporate office and send in a hand written letter canceling my contract (which is what you have to do to cancel within 3 days ????? )... they didnt know the address which i thought was weird and gave me the number to corporate office which i called several times leaving msgs but getting no reply. i was completely ignored. finally i call and a very rude woman answered me gave me the add. i sent the letter an now they claim the letter was not received . more money has been taken from my account.They put me through so much stress this past month and i am not letting this go even if it leads to court... they are so over booked yet take more and more! its ridiculous and very unprofessional. I am working on something that has to do with the news and other things. They should be ashamed to have so many horrible reviews... i can relate to all complaints. They will spoil u at first but then you will see their true faces. more

I called around the US, about 10 different locations, including CA & NY, just to price shop, and could not believe my ears when I spoke with Alea at FY, as she gave me an incredibly discounted package, with lots of extras, it was impossible to turn down! Even including the 4 hour drive and the overnight hotel, I am saving thousands!! not to mention the pampered professional treatments I receive, actually my whole family, husband, 2 daughters & son in law. From Laser hair removal, to Accent treatments, we have all been pampered and spoiled from this staff. I will be bringing a friend down soon as well. more

I have gotten refunded in the past (after fighting with the unprofessional and rude people at the corporate office), but this time the charges were completely unauthorized and they are refusing to refund them. I do NOT recommend Forever Young to ANYONE. They have been sued in the past and will be sued again, do not trust your credit card information with them. more
