Review content:
I have lost 6 inches on my stomach at Forever Young. If you are not seeing results I recommend you stay consistent. Eating right and exercising also helps. Forever Young does not have a magic wand but I have seen a significant improvement in my body. It is like everything else we do it helps but you must be consistent watch what you eat and have realistic expectations. I am a bigger girl I know I am not going to ever be a size 2 or look like a super model but I have lost some inches which has helped my self esteem and my shirts and pants are fitting better.
