DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY HAVE TERRIBKE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE EMPLOYEES USE THE BEDS WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING THAT PAY $1000 FOR TANNING PACKAGES AND THE SPA...

I had seen commercials about removing cellulite without extensive exercise. I didn't believe it until I signed up for the Velashape. I have had 3 treatments and it really does work. They are professional and their establishments are the cleanest around!! more

Highly Recomended Medical Spa 2/3/2009

I live in Lake Oswego and my girl friends and I drive to the Beaverton Forever Young Med Spa on Scholls Ferry Rd near Washington square twice per week for Velashape,Laser and LED treatments because of the quality of the technicians they have on staff. This is the top Medical spa in town. I am also impressed with there chartible donations to Autism. Pros: treatmets work for me more

Club Tan stinks! 2/3/2009

Do not go here!! I was encouraged to go tanning after I had Laser on my face!!!!! My mother is an Esthetician so I know that this is highly dangerous! This could cause Cancer!! The employees cleary do not have your best interst in mind! The only that they are worried about is making money!! Also I have heard from 2 people that worked there that they do not give their employees proper breaks or lunches and force them to stay until they have met their "goal" for the day, even if that means until midnight or later. This is not right and I would highly suggest rethinking tanning at this place or any other service for that matter!! Pros: nothing Cons: everything more

Great procedure! It made my face feel better than it had in years! The technician walked me through the whole process and gave me a play by play of what they were doing while they were doing it! My face has never felt so rejuvenated. more

Vela Shape 2/2/2009

I just had my first Vela Shape treatment at Forever Young in Club Tan and I had to tell everyone about it. I was skeptical at first, lose inches with no excercise...RIGHT!! They were right!! I lost 1"" just during my first treatment! I can't wait for my second treatment. I want my results to be the best they can be, so I am also excercising and flushing my system with green tea! Pros: IN HOUSE FINANCING more
