DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY HAVE TERRIBKE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THE EMPLOYEES USE THE BEDS WHEN CUSTOMERS ARE WAITING THAT PAY $1000 FOR TANNING PACKAGES AND THE SPA...

WOW 3/18/2010

I went here for a quick boost of self esteem without the trouble of going under the knife and I can see why people choose this route. I was treated amazingly and the doctor felt like a close personal friend. I understand the wait between consult and action and in that time the staff was nothing but personable. Really Wonderful People 3/18/2010

I was given a gift certificate as a present and I was soo amazed by this place. I had NO idea there were so many different laser options. I only knew of the painful hair removal. I got rid of my lovehandles in weeks!! It was the best money I have ever spent. Really boosted my confidence! Pros: Really Great People - Lots of Options Cons: Only on the Westside of I-5 more

I was given a gift certificate as a present and I was soo amazed by this place. I had NO idea there were so many different laser options. I only knew of the painful hair removal. I got rid of my lovehandles in weeks!! It was the best money I have ever spent. Really boosted my confidence! Pros: Really Great People - Lots of Options Cons: Only on the Westside of I-5 more

TREATED ME LIKE A QUEEN!!!! 3/18/2010

I this economy I really hesitated to treat myself. I went to an Autism Charity event and got PAMPERED!! I only spent $99 on the event ticket and must have gotten $1,000 worth of services!! These people are wonderful!! Dr. Hassan is incredibly gentle and caring. When money get's better... I can't wait to get back in there and take a few years off of me. Maybe that Cool Lipo that Dr. Hassan told me about?!! :) You have to treat yourself sometime. Pros: They really know how to treat a lady!! Cons: No location on the Eastside of PDX more

BEWARE 1/19/2010

I can not believe how horrible this spa has treated my friend. She had awful results with her botox treatment and now they will not even return her calls. Her eyes were black for over a week, and it hurts when she smiles. Now they will not even talk with her about her concerns. We went into the clinic to schedule an appointment with the doctor and they gave us a corporate number and hey were just as bad. If I were to get any type of cosmetic surgery I would certainly not go to this amature, fake, and unprofessional disaster area. They treat people like dogs, do they think they are a veterinarian? Oh wait. ...Dogs get treated better. Pros: The decor= is beautiful Cons: Everything else more

I am extremely unhappy with this business. They talked me into a very expensive package and a quick little botox treatment for crow's feet. I foolishly let the doctor inject me and quickly got a huge black eye. Within a few days I could not smile - I look like a freak with paralysis. Dr. Hassan refuses to answer my calls. I have called their corporate office daily to be told, 'too bad, he doesn't have time to call you". They really don't care that this whole thing is a disaster for me... they just focus on selling more packages to unsuspecting people. They are very rude and snide, and just say it's not common so sorry about your luck. I am very scared and depressed. My face and confidence is shot to peices- what a nightmare. I wouldn't wish this horror on anyone. BEWARE OF 'Forever Young' or you may be forever screwed up like me. Pros: very compelling salesperson but they don't deliver Cons: botox gave me a black eye and ruined my smile more

Great medical spa that really treated me well. What a glamorous place. Great combinations of services 10/26/2009

I attended their Botox and Juvederm event this last weekend, It was my first time having Botox injections done and I love the results. While I was there I also looked into their new Cool Lipo services. I am not looking to reduce weight really, just a few areas I cannot seem to get rid of, that little stomach pooch. Like being back home...great med spa 10/22/2009

I had recently moved from New York and found it difficult to find a good medical spa in Portland that provided the level of experience, quality and customer service that I had been use to on the east coast. A friend recommended this place close to where I lived and I took a chance. The place.....top notch! Unbelievable compared what I have experienced in Portland so far. Its upscale, current and definitely consistent with something I would find back home. Ladies...if you are looking for a nice upscale place with an experienced and very attentive staff....this is it! I will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone at Forever Young....you made me feel like I was back home again! more

Velashape and Jenny Craig dieting 10/13/2009

Since having children I have struggled to achieve my pre-child figure. I started the Jenny Craig weight loss program with pretty good success the first 3 months. Then when I was in getting Botox done at forever young back in July they gave me a free velashape demo. They told me velashape would reduce the appearance of cellulite on my stomach, that was the area I most struggled with. Since I felt like my weight was close to what I wanted it to be I decided to do 6 treatments and see were I ended up. It was not exactly what I thought the final outcome would look like…but much closer to where I see myself wanting to be. What a great process velashape is. BTW, the Botox is addicting! Medical Spa in Beaverton 10/9/2009

I have been to enough med spas over the years to know good ones from bad ones. Forever young is what I would consider above the average as far as services offered, customer service, overall appearance and cleanliness. I have had services done here with results a little less than I expected, but then again I an a hard one to please and no one has ever given me the final results I wanted. I guess being the age I am I should just stop expecting miracles. I have decided to keep coming back to this place as I feel they do put emphasis on loyalty to customers. more

I am ready for liposuction at Forever Young 10/6/2009
