Forever Young Laser Medical Spa

I just wanted everyone to know I am a 42 year old male who had very bad acne scarring. I was very self concious of it and it is almost gone. I am happy with the service and will tell my friends. more

this place doesnt even get a star from me. This is the most money hungry buisiness i have ever been to. They are good at what they do they sell u the treatments tell u that ur problem is going away but no it never will, then they book u out a month ,then u realize how caniving they are and its too late for u to cancel. But u legally have 1 month to CANCEL.The techs there are real nice its not there fault but. They are told to hurry up and get the next client in. I am sooo over this place. I went there and they talked me into 3 packages and then made me call my fiance to sighn another package they are such bullshitters especially jimmy. The seller are pushed to sell sell sell but they dont worry about getting people in or doing there treatment right. Im so surprised just like the other ppl here that they are still in business. If u just purchased a package dont buy another on dont let them talk u run out and another thing if u just bought it u better just get ur money back asap if not count it as a loss and leave them alone they are bad bad. It is real hard to get in and when u get in u sit in the lobby for 1 hour (i have sat) and then not getting my full treatment. the techs there are always changing always new ppl. the girls cannot take it and they quit they are evil i tell u. They dont give a ******* about u, they just want ur money. Im soo angry with this place. But i guess that what i get for letting them talk me into this crap. I wish i had a businell like that but minus the bull **** i would treat all my clients right so they would come back. I dont think anyone comes back lol believe me no one does. I wish i would have read the reviews i relly do. Hopefully this save u from a horrible expirience. more

I tried laser hair removal and facing horrible service. The appointments are cancelled with very less time notice and rescheduling an appointment with them is not easy. I have had five appointment as of now and had issues with all five of them. I went in for first appointment only to know that the equipment had issues. They did not even care to call and inform/reschedule the appointment. more

I had IPL laser on my hands and walked out with severe burns. The office said to me ‘oh this is normal’! \r \r I now have scared hands, white strips on them….it has taken WEEKS for them to get back to me, after many phone calls and emails…. never once has the owner even called me after many many attempts.\r \r They now throw their hand ups on me and tell me….’we didn’t do anything wrong’\r \r I have to get an attorney now and sue! \r \r Do not go and experience the pain and scaring I had done! \r \r Beware!\r more

I wish I had gone to simply a dermatologist instead of wasting 800 dollars on this place! They get you in there to get you to sign up for an expensive package - know that going in, be prepared. All I wanted were smaller looking pores from chemical peels and theirs have done nothing. They do not stand behind anything and the customer service at the corperate office (Heather in particular) are extremely unprofesional and beyond rude. I have never been treated so badly by customer service, I wish I had saved the emails and forwarded them to the better business bureau. I am amazed they are still in business. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. Run, don't walk, in the opposite direction! And Jimmy the receptionist is really annoying to have to deal with (maybe he is gone now, I haven't been there for a little while) he is always distracted and not very helpful. I will say this though, the women who have given me the "chemical peels" (that basically are smililar to a strong dose of retin A) are always very nice and pleasant. Also, this place makes it nearly impossible to cancel once you sign up. Forever Young extremely encouraged me to have a surgery that they knew would not supply me with the results I was looking for. They told me everything I wanted to hear to get me to pay them and the fool I was I did. I paid them over 10,000 and never received what I was told I would receive. They have no accountablility for their services. Dr. Sam Hassan was the surgeon and he also told me the procedure would give me the results I was wanting. I found out afterwards from other surgeons that the procedure I had in no way shape or form could give me those results. This company is a scam and just wants your money. Once they have your money, you will never get it back. more

went in to have injections in the areas of my mouth and some lip enhancement. they charged me $1,600.00 and said that it would last between 6months to a year. days later the lip injections were oozing out on one side and later on the other injections were almost entirely gone, I called immediately telling them about my lips...Oh HONEY they said this an happen, and shunned me OFF. Later on I went in to show them and the nurse agreed that was not right but the owner said the only thing she would do was give me $50.00 off on both sides if I wanted to redo the procedure. I WILL NOT RETURN and neither will the people I referred. Its time that they take responsibility for there work and have a staff that doesn't call people HONEY>>SWEETY or other demeaning names. They are not professional... NEVER NEVER fall for there work ethics, its only about the money and they sit there and tell you everything you need to have done. more

There are alot of positive reviews, however its obvious that many of them are not written by authentic customers, but probably by staff of this facility. More often than not, genuine customers will quote what they paid for a particular service, and for as many as there are, there isnt a single one that quotes what was paid, that makes me suspicious. The negative reviews are few, but they are consistent, I will reconsider using them and look into other facilities before I make a final decision. more

I went here for a quick boost of self esteem without the trouble of going under the knife and I can see why people choose this route. I was treated amazingly and the doctor felt like a close personal friend. I understand the wait between consult and action and in that time the staff was nothing but personable.
