Review content:
I wish I had gone to simply a dermatologist instead of wasting 800 dollars on this place! They get you in there to get you to sign up for an expensive package - know that going in, be prepared. All I wanted were smaller looking pores from chemical peels and theirs have done nothing. They do not stand behind anything and the customer service at the corperate office (Heather in particular) are extremely unprofesional and beyond rude. I have never been treated so badly by customer service, I wish I had saved the emails and forwarded them to the better business bureau. I am amazed they are still in business. I wish I had read the reviews before going there. Run, don't walk, in the opposite direction! And Jimmy the receptionist is really annoying to have to deal with (maybe he is gone now, I haven't been there for a little while) he is always distracted and not very helpful. \r
I will say this though, the women who have given me the ""chemical peels"" (that basically are smililar to a strong dose of retin A) are always very nice and pleasant. Also, this place makes it nearly impossible to cancel once you sign up. Again, I am amazed this place is still open for business, they really do not seem to care about how they are perceived or their reputation.
