So I went into Forever Young interested in Smart Lipo liposuction and what I found was an amazing group of people that really care about me and the results I am looking to achieve. I have struggled with my weight for some time now and wanted what most of us do...it gone and gone fast! I am a mother of two and never put my needs first. I started going to see Kim less than a year ago for all over hair removal. I have very sensitive skin and can not shave. I had been waxing for as long as I could remember but was always having ingrown hair and the hassle of having to let it grow out. Because I had been waxing for so long, my situation was a little tricky. Kim made sure we set very realistic goals so I would not get frustrated. I have to admit I was very skeptical. I actually felt I had more hair the last time I was there to get it removed but that treatment was the tip of the iceberg. I have not shaved in almost 2 months!! I actually can get up and put a tank top on to go out with out checking my underarms, that is amazing! I just went this week for my 5th session and am happy to say I am finally done. I also had a bunch of freckles removed and a few microdermabrasion sessions which I am 100% satisfied with. Sara is amazing and very thorough. She never makes me feel rushed or like I am anything but her priority. The staff is super friendly and stays on top of everything. They always make my visit personable and pleasant. I originally went in to get Dysport or Botox injections that I saw they were advertising. While I was there I had a few demonstrations of some other services, Velashape cellulite reduction and a microdermabrasion. Since my early 20s, I have always had some cellulite on the back of my legs. I am fairly active and just did not understand why that stuff remained despite everything I did. With Forever Young, though, I have made significant progress towards improving the appearance of my legs. Right now, I am on my 5th treatment using their Velashape machine and my legs are just looking awesome. My legs look so much smoother and tighter. Fortunately, a friend referred me to Forever Young and after my six treatments of the Velashape it is like I have a completely different stomach and pair thighs. I lost a couple of inches around my waist and my thighs just look like the clock was turned back on them. This, by far, is the best anti-cellulite service I have encountered because it is the only one in which I have seen a noticeable reduction in cellulite. I live in SW Portland and I go to the Forever Young Beaverton store, only 15 or so minutes away. Everyone there is nice and, since I am now starting a couple sessions of tanning, I will definitely be ready for my winter trip to Bermuda. The previous reviewer who wrote about the gift card scam is telling the truth. We had a similar experience at this place. Except we bought a treatment package (no gift card). They talk you into a bigger and better package, you just give in to get out of there. Very high pressured sales tactics. Then, they did not honor the full package. The treatments were not only short, but did not help. They kept telling us they were too busy to schedule us in, therefore could not fulfill the package in it's entirety before the expiration date. We were told they would extend the date and they retracted that after the manager got involved. Should have had it in writing! AVOID this place, they really write their own reviews because their facility and customer service is nothing like the phony reviews. Next to the tanning salon I go to I found Forever Young laser med spa here in Hillsboro. On their website I found a treatment for cellulite reduction called Velashape. After researching it I decided to try their recommended number of visits based on what their nurse saw during our consultation. I have now completed 3 sessions and the change and reduction is starting to happen just as they said it would. Along with my diet and small workout the look I have been trying to achieve is finally getting close. What a great service they offer for new moms like me trying to get our pre pregnancy shape back! About a year ago after my second child I decided to try to regain my pre-pregnancy figure. I went on the search for the ultimate mommy makeover in Portland. The expense of the treatments I was looking at were huge. I decided to look at as many alternatives to liposuction, tummy tucks and breast augmentation as I could find. A friend referred me to Forever Young Laser Medical Spas after she had several services done there with pretty good results. Since my body shape was my main concern their velashape cellulite reduction seemed like a main service I should do. Along with that, laser skin tightening and laser hair removal. (2 kids equal lack of time, no more shaving!) Because of my work schedule it worked out nice to do some treatments at their Beaverton location and some closer to home in Hillsboro, saved me driving to Portland to the other place I shopped.
