I went into that dealership with a very specific car in mind. I worked with Catherine Lee and she was very helpful. I didn't feel pressured hardly at all, she was kind and courteo...

Excellent dealership and excellent salesperson Jackson! 3/18/2012

Went to Kirkland Ford and met Jackson. We were looking for something to tow our new boat (note to self: don't promise a boat to your spouse if you have no idea what owning a boat entails). Anyway, Jackson took us around the dealership, showed us a bunch of vehicles. Very laid back and no pressure, but not too much - there's a difference between no pressure and don't care. Jackson is awesome. Didn't mind long test drives, tirelessly showed us many different vehicles. Knew the ins and outs of the trucks. Was honest and frank about the deal. Least amount of the ""game"" called negotiation. Overall - great job. Would definitely go back and definitely would work with Jackson again. more

I had agreat experience with Ford of Kirkland. They helped me get into a car I liked and worked with the bank to get me a good rate. Johnny and Kyle made the whole process easy and comfortable. Definitely will come back. more

Amazing Customer Service 3/14/2012

I had an issue with a used car that I had bought from Ford of Kirkland. I thought I was basically screwed and left with a vehicle that had many mechanical problems. But the OWNER of Ford of Kirkland called me and told me that they would make it right. This company took a financial loss to get me into a dependable vehicle and to make me a happy customer. In this economic mess that we live in I find this to be an amazing quality ! Their relentless work (specifically Scott Creasman-brother you need a raise-most impressed with your dilligence) company ethics and willing to stick to their word are qualities of days passed. If you are looking for a quality vehicle from quality people look no further. Ford of Kirkland is your new/used car dealer. more

Ford of Kirkland 3/14/2012

I came in expecting a salesman attitude, and was extremely impressed with the service and knowledge the team member I worked with posessed. On top of that, he was extremely reliable, and I will be buying cars from here in the future. Miles Padberg was an excellent salesman, excellent salesman and helped me to find a solution that gave me no reason not to buy. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking. more

What a great car buying experience! 3/13/2012

I wasn't too excited to be buying a new car since my old one was totaled in a crash. Woody at Hyundai of Kirkland was the sweetest salesperson to deal with from the several I met in my tour of dealerships. He was genuinely interested in what was best for me, encouraged me to test drive other cars and refused to bad mouth any other brand. What a classy guy, and zero pressure. He is very knowledgeable about the brand and features of the cars. Everyone else I dealt with at the dealership was also extremely friendly and helpful. Now I've got a brand new Santa Fe which I LOVE and I feel I got a great deal. I recommend you check out this brand and dealership. I think the reason sales guys for other brands talk Hyundai down is that they are scared of the quality and value! more

Good times had by all! 3/10/2012

I bought my first new car ever, a 2012 Ford Focus SEL 5-door hatchback. Miles Padberg was my sales associate and was very accomodating! I didn't feel rushed and his expertise in the car was clear from the get-go. Overall it turned what could have been a daunting purchase into somthing quick, easy, and fun! more

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!! 2/29/2012

We bought a truck from this dealership in Jan 2012 and before we even made our first payment the truck was completely un-drivable. The clutch went out almost exactly 30 days from bringing the vehicle home. It took the sales manager Scott 3 days and half a dozen messages to call us back and then refused to help with the cost of fixing the truck, because we did not purchase a warranty. And most warranties wouldn't have covered this type of issue anyway. Even though the clutch had to have been going bad at the time we purchased but was likely adjusted so it was not a noticeable at time of test drive. Per our mechanic. Ford of Kirkland thanks for selling us your problem and then not bothering to help or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. If i could give them negative stars i would. Terrible service, terrible attitude terrible business practices. more

Best Car Dealership Ever!! 2/22/2012

Amazing staff all around! We were looking to buy our son's first car and had a certain budget. Jeff Timmons worked with us right from the start. He was interested in what us parents wanted and also talked with our son to find out his thoughts. The price was right where we wanted to be and our son has been smiling ever since he drove off the lot in his wonderful new Hyundai! The sales manager, Greg was friendly and funny, all while doing his job and Mario in financing was very pleasant, thorough, efficient, and up front. I have purchased several cars in my lifetime but this was far and away the best and most pleasant experience. I have to add that I love that we were not stuck indoors for several hours. They wanted to get us in the car that we wanted to be in and that is a great feeling. If you are looking to buy a car...this is the place you want to go!! I can't wait to recommend this team to any and everyone I know in the market for a new OR used vehicle!! more

The Best Dealership Ever!! 2/21/2012

Hey, there - Hyundai of Kirkland is really the best dealership you could work with. Friendly, no pressure. We test drove the Elantra, the Sante Fe, and the Tucson. They let us drive them all! Ed Woodruff, ""Woody"" is the best salesman - very knowledgeable and very low-key. He answered all our questions. Ask for him when you go to Hyundai of Kirkland! more

We had a good experience here. 1/7/2012

Originally we were at Hyundai of Kirkland, but wanted to eventually look at a ford. David, walked us over to and introduced us to Todd. We test drove 3 cars, found one we liked and bought it. It was low pressure. Didn't get annoyed because of how picky we were about which cars. In general, it was very pleasant and no pressure. We'd recommend buying here and Todd Ireland was fantastic. more

After considering several vehicles from different car dealers, we selected a Sante Fe from Hyundai of Kirkland. We met Don Rae at the dealership and Don was very informative during 3 different visits and test drives. We just picked up our Sante Fe and were very pleased with Don taking us through the initial phase and Mario Scampoli in discussing and doing all the paperwork. I would highly recommend Don Rae as an excellent salesman and Mario Scampoli to do your financing and paperwork. more

Would not recommend this dealer 12/22/2011

Bought one personal car there and two company vehicles in the span of a few months, and they promised a $100 referral bonus...several emails and months later, and many broken promises...still no check. Not Jimmy D's fault, but I dont think we will buy from these guys again. Keep your $100 and promise it to the next guy... more
