When some service is due, they will call you many times to remind you, instead of waiting for you to call them. This is very good for super busy people like me. more

I found the website completely useless for making my appointment for my 5k service. I had to call and then had to wait for a call back because no one answered. Eventhough they had timeslots available, you wouldnt know that from how the website blocks almost all weekends and cuts off times very early. The service rep i worked with was nice and the service time was close to his estimate. However i am still having a bad taste from a promise that was never fullfilled when i bought my car. I purchased the protective coating which they told me i could apply after i added my new wheels and just to apply it to car and interior now. Once i got my new wheels a month later the sales lady who handle this service is never available and never called me or replied to my numerous emails and voice messages. Still have not gotten this applied to this day. Also they did not wash my car. Kia washes their customers' cars for free but Hyundai cant? more

The Wow! experience 1/10/2014

From the beginning to the end of the service, everything is great! They even have a waiting lounge with television and nice chair to sit on. Oh, they even have a small deli inside which I found pretty cool! It's nice to go to a place and get your regular maintenance of your car without sales pressure. more

I wish we had other competitor Hyundai dealer in near by locations. They dont care about customers, and they do not listen to problems what customer is experiencing in the car. They just want to earn money and do service just for the name sake. Horrible service, I am regretting for being Hyundai customer at Hyundai of Kirkland. I am seriously looking for other dealer or private mechanic in near by locations of Redmond/ Bellevue for my car servicing. Pathetic experience. more

Fixing problems and making it easy 12/12/2013

Car repair is no fun. I had an intermittent problem, HoK had me come in the moment it appeared and then troubleshot outside of my appointment time. They treat you with care, respect and do a great job on the repair. Highly recommend Hyundai and Hyundai of Kirkland for buying and servicing! more
