I found the website completely useless for making my appointment for my 5k service. I had to call and then had to wait for a call back because no one answered. Eventhough they had timeslots available, you wouldnt know that from how the website blocks almost all weekends and cuts off times very early. The service rep i worked with was nice and the service time was close to his estimate. However i am still having a bad taste from a promise that was never fullfilled when i bought my car. I purchased the protective coating which they told me i could apply after i added my new wheels and just to apply it to car and interior now. Once i got my new wheels a month later the sales lady who handle this service is never available and never called me or replied to my numerous emails and voice messages. Still have not gotten this applied to this day. Also they did not wash my car. Kia washes their customers' cars for free but Hyundai cant? more
