I dealt with Cortez, he was knowledgible, worked with me relentlessly to find exactly what I wanted, never tiring or pressuring me. He has called me twice in the first week of my new purchase, just to see how I was doing and that I very much appreciate, since it is so rare. more

Being that I used to work in the car business I was leary of working with the "sleazy carsalesmen" that you frequently run into on the lots. Thankfully I had the opportunity to work with Greg Dale who made my first new car purchase as easy as possible. I came in and knew basically what I wanted and he was able to facilitate getting it for me. From the initial drive to financing to leaving the lot I was put at ease in regards to this expensive endeavour. I am hoping that the rest of my experiences with Ford of Kirkland are as easy as the initial car purchase! more

We went in knowing what we wanted and had previously spoken number with Dan Lozott so avoid being at the dealership all day. I enjoyed my experience with Ford of Kirkland. Todd Ireland was very helpful in finding a truck that I would enjoy and wouldn't give me problems later on down the road. He was relentless with finding the truck or with finding financing to fit my budget. He even came to talk and test drive during his non-scheduled shift. Thank you Todd, you won't be forgotten! more

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Worst car experience EVER and I have purchased my fair share of cars. Bought a BRAND new car and 2 days later the transmission went out. It was how we were treated after this that is influencing my rating. I bought a car that is supposed to get near 40 mpg. When the car broke down so soon I was put into a rental car from Enterprise. The car I was put in was roughly 12 mpg and they didn't have anything else to offer. They anticipated to have my car over 2 weeks and I'm stuck with this thing. So I complain and am told ""come in whenever and we'll fill the tank."" I thought ""hey, they are trying to make it right now."" Boy was I wrong. After my first fill up I went back to get more gas since this rental serious gets crap for gas. And I'm told...NOPE. Not gonna happen after they promised me they would fill it up. After I left in a tizzy they called back and said ""we'll fill up half the tank but no more after that."" Gee thanks... And to get here is completely out of the way. So I end up putting $100 for less than a week of gas (and I really don't drive that far to work.) It would have been better if they were willing to give me a loaner of their own or something more gas efficient but that was asking too much. I actually got that thrown in my face by one of the workers that they didn't even have to give me a loaner car. SERIOUSLY? I just purchased a $30,000 car from you less than 2 days ago! Any REPUTABLE dealer will give you a loaner. I traded in my Subaru for this car and Subaru offered me a loaner for something so simple as an oil change. I'm sorry I assumed that one would get a rental car after purchasing a new car that breaks down right away. I didn't need that thrown in my face. I was told one thing and 30 seconds later it would change and I would be told ""Sorry we aren't going to do what we just agreed on doing for you."" Anyway, after waiting 3 weeks I have yet to find out who is financing me, when my first payment is due and who to send it to. I'm just told verbally my Hyundai it's due next week but we can't tell you where the address to send it to is. So I'm about to pay for a car I have only had in my possession for a total of 5 days and Hyundai couldn't care less. They stopped trying to make it right as soon as I signed on the dotted line. And to make matters worse I just got the car out of the shop and while arguing with the salesman about there constant false promises ANOTHER piece of the car broke so I'm shipped off AGAIN to the service department no more than 20 minutes after getting my car back. They duck tape the piece back in while I'm waiting for the new part to come in yet again. I always dreamed of having my brand new car breakdown 2 days after having it, then having it ducked taped together. Why else would I have traded my reliable Subaru in?! This place is no good! A bunch of scummy car salesman. I'll be doing my services somewhere else... if the car can even makes it that long. I'm reading waaaay to much on the Lemon Law. I'm reporting this to the BBB, AG, and Hyundai USA. more

They Found Exactly What I Was looking For. 4/23/2012

I live in lakewood Washington and looked all over pierce county for a black on black limited Hyundai Elantra with a tech package, every dealer tried to sell me something else because they didn't have what I wanted. I called kirkland hyundai and spoke with Dan Bross, he told me he would have the car I was looking for in about a week. Exactly a week later he called to tell me the car was in, I drove 50+ miles that afternoon and purchased the car I wanted. Dan explained everything I needed to know about the car loaded my phone numbers and pre loaded the xm radio chanels it was a very smooth transaction we will be back soon to purchase another car.. more

TOP NOTCH SERVICE @ HOK! 4/23/2012

My exprience at Hyundai of Kirkland was amazing. I want to give a special thanks to DAN in Sales. He was AMAZING. I pre-ordered my car (2013 Elantra) and had to wait for 3 weeks for it. Dan called me every couple days just to update me on the delivery date (I think he could tell I am an impatient and wanted to make sure I knew I was not forgotten!). When I picked up my car he welcomed me with the best customer service and he went over ever detail of my new car so there would be no unanwsered questions! If you want to have a GREAT exprience buying a car, I suggest going to Dan. Also, I would like to give a BIG THANKS to MARIO! I love that man. He worked his butt off to help with the financing and I will forever thank him for that. These two men are the BEST in the business. more

I first walked into the dealership and met Russ in December of last year and gave my time parameter for the car that I wanted. He did not pressure me for a sale and did not continuously call or e-mail for a sale I wasn't ready for. Five months later I have purchased exactly what I wanted at a price lower than anticipated and with every expectation met and honored. I appreciate the fact that Russ respected my timeline and did not unduly pressure me into committing to something that I was not ready for. Wonderful experience and I love my new car. more

We had an amazing experience at Hyundai of Kirkland. There were no games. Our sales rep Dan was sincere and up front with us. We had to wait for the exact car we wanted for a few weeks because they were in such demand and he was apologetic and kept in close communication with us while we waited for our dream car to arrive. more

Unforgettable car buying experience! 4/16/2012

From the second I entered the Hyundai of Kirkland lot, I was amazed at how laid back my total experience was. After asking to test drive a Tucson, the very knowledgeable & relaxed Dan Bross simply handed me his business card & said I was welcome to call if I had any questions. After inquiring about a trade in offer & financing, I was presented with on offer I could not refuse. The Sales Manager, Greg Hartshorne was friendly, honest, & quite a bit more generous with my trade in offer than I had expected. My entire experience was pleasant, quick & with absolutely zero pressure! I will definitely be buying my next car with Hyundai of Kirkland, & be recommending everyone I know to work with Dan Bross more

You drove off the lot...YOU'RE ON YOUR OWN PAL 4/11/2012

Bait and switch attempt right out the gate. Finally got the add deal. When I came back within 2 weeks with a mysteriously split, no rock chip but split right up the middle, windshield I was treated rudely and told that I was on my own. I would be fine with this if there wasn't an obvious problem with either the glass or the installation, most likely it was installed with tension. The thing is if a rock that leaves no chip SHOULD cause a windshield to split half way up in one day then they have told me what they expect from Ford as a manufacturer as far as quality. If it shouldn't then it was installed wrong to begin with. If this is what owning a Ford is going to be like then I'm nervous. I'm afraid to even BOTHER them with the shake in the transmission because I don't want to hear what I did to cause that in the first 1000 miles. Or ask why on the freeway on cruise control my mileage per gallon is lower than advertised. Basically they started as shifty, then I met one honest guy( who won't last there) and bought a car, then they turned into jerks. I was warned not to go there and now I'm telling you. P.S. They heavily promote reviews with pleas for kind words ( I'm sure there are rewards to the salesmen). They want to stack the deck with good reviews. I would like to repeat that I dealt with probably the only decent salesman there, but after the sale the service department ruined even his good deeds. I think Fords Presidents award must be for service efficiency (costing Ford less money) more

Honest Friendly Salesmen!! 3/30/2012

I checked out many of our local car dealerships when researching the options for a new car. From the first visit to the Ford of Kirkland, it was clear that this dealership was a step above. \r \r In my opinion, the main reason that they stand out is their salesmen. I was fortunate to work with both Nick Nicoloudakis and Jay Daly and am now a very satisfied Ford Flex owner. I will most definitely go back to Nick and Jay when purchasing my next car. more

After looking on the internet for mustangs and inquiring regarding the ones I seen, Dan Lozott was the first person to contact me. Starting with his email reply, to the first call to set up time to come in, the first impression, test drive, office business, to the closing of the deal, I must say I was all around impressed with the service Dan Lozott provide throughout the process of purchasing the mustang. I was impressed with his ability to provide knowledgeable information and keep my attention. When I decide to purchase another vehicle, I will be calling Dan Lozott to help me out. Great experience! 3/26/2012

When my wife and I went searching for a 2012 Ford Escape, we were not looking forward from our drive in Lakewood all the way up to Kirkland. However when we got there, we were greeted by a friendly staff. Greg Dale did a superb job handling our situation, and were glad to hear that we would be walking out with the vehicle we had been looking for. It was definitely worth the drive. Thanks again! more
