When my wife and I went searching for a 2012 Ford Escape, we were not looking forward from our drive in Lakewood all the way up to Kirkland. However when we got there, we were greeted by a friendly staff. Greg Dale did a superb job handling our situation, and were glad to hear that we would be walking out with the vehicle we had been looking for.
