It was relatively painless. I had been to Kia, Chevy, and Ford before Hyundai, so I was already tired. I knew what I liked in a salesperson and in a car. However, Dave did a wonderful job in making sure I was satisfied. more

Experience at Kirkland Hyundai was very excellent. Jeff is one of the nicest seller I've yet to visit at a Hyundai. He took very good care of us before the process of purchasing my new car, during the process, and even went out of his way to satisfy my experience AFTER the vehicle has been purchased. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Marlon, although we had never met, saw me approaching and came outside to greet me. He was friendly and quick to the point. He had me driving a car in no time and was very informative. This was the first time I had ever financed a car and he explained everything to me and was polite and patient. I was amazed at how easy everything turned out to be. The entire staff made jokes with me and were incredibly friendly. more

I needed a new car after an accident, I didn't have a lot of money and I got a very good deal on a safe used Focus here. I worked with Vass and Bowtie Dan and they spent several days helping me find a car.\r \r \r Scott in finance was also very professional and the whole deal happened pretty quick once I picked the car.\r more

Great, thorough service 1/27/2014

Took my car in for it's 30,000 mile checkup, and even though they kept it longer than I had anticipated, they went over everything with a fine toothed comb and made sure it was all in good working order. Keith was the tech to handle things and he was efficient and personable. I'm very glad to be having my car serviced by these guys! more

Great dealership 1/24/2014

I received a great deal on my 2012 Hyundai Elantra at Hyundai of Kirkland in June 2011. I had done much research prior to and had a very good grasp on Hyundai's pricing. There was absolutely no pressure tactics or passing me around to the senior sales staff. I also received my military discount. On to service, I drive 800 miles a week and get an oil change and tire rotation about every 45 days or so. With 100K miles in 2.5 years, my Hyundai Elantra runs well in all kinds of weather conditions. The Ford - Hyundai of Kirkland dealership and its customer support/maintenance staff are excellent. I would strongly recommend Ford - Hyundai of Kirkland to family and friends. more
