I wish we had other competitor Hyundai dealer in near by locations. They dont care about customers, and they do not listen to problems what customer is experiencing in the car. They just want to earn money and do service just for the name sake. Horrible service, I am regretting for being Hyundai customer at Hyundai of Kirkland. I am seriously looking for other dealer or private mechanic in near by locations of Redmond/ Bellevue for my car servicing. Pathetic experience.
