Review content:
Went to Kirkland Ford and met Jackson. We were looking for something to tow our new boat (note to self: don't promise a boat to your spouse if you have no idea what owning a boat entails). Anyway, Jackson took us around the dealership, showed us a bunch of vehicles. Very laid back and no pressure, but not too much - there's a difference between no pressure and don't care. Jackson is awesome. Didn't mind long test drives, tirelessly showed us many different vehicles. Knew the ins and outs of the trucks. Was honest and frank about the deal. Least amount of the ""game"" called negotiation. Overall - great job. Would definitely go back and definitely would work with Jackson again.
