I had an issue with a used car that I had bought from Ford of Kirkland. I thought I was basically screwed and left with a vehicle that had many mechanical problems. But the OWNER of Ford of Kirkland called me and told me that they would make it right. This company took a financial loss to get me into a dependable vehicle and to make me a happy customer. In this economic mess that we live in I find this to be an amazing quality ! Their relentless work (specifically Scott Creasman-brother you need a raise-most impressed with your dilligence) company ethics and willing to stick to their word are qualities of days passed. If you are looking for a quality vehicle from quality people look no further. Ford of Kirkland is your new/used car dealer.
