We bought a truck from this dealership in Jan 2012 and before we even made our first payment the truck was completely un-drivable. The clutch went out almost exactly 30 days from bringing the vehicle home. It took the sales manager Scott 3 days and half a dozen messages to call us back and then refused to help with the cost of fixing the truck, because we did not purchase a warranty. And most warranties wouldn't have covered this type of issue anyway. Even though the clutch had to have been going bad at the time we purchased but was likely adjusted so it was not a noticeable at time of test drive. Per our mechanic. Ford of Kirkland thanks for selling us your problem and then not bothering to help or care. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!!!!! BUYER BEWARE. If i could give them negative stars i would. Terrible service, terrible attitude terrible business practices.
