Good service 8/21/2014

I received great service both at the store and by the guys that installed my dishwasher. They were done in less than an hour! I was helped in your Bloomington location by Holly, she did a great job finding what I wanted in the price range that I wanted to stay in. I love the warranty that comes with the appliances! Shawn delivered and installed the dishwasher and was very professional and fast. more

Great deal at store on product I was wanting! 8/20/2014

Needed washing machine and dryer ; checked on internet to find out there are virtually a ridiculous number of alternatives; got major headache.Next day went to two places to check on what I decided would be my next purchase then stopped at DVD to find out it was cheaper there.Actually considerably cheaper.Brett was very knowledgeable regarding the machine and professional as a salesman took care of setting delivery next day and Lyle followed through upon setup and installation.It worked as soon as he plugged it in WOW! My 18 year old daughter ran the first load put it in the dryer and bolted.Things are back to normal,Thanks DVD! I would also like to say that the irritating guy from the commercial was no where around thus promoting a pleasant experience,probably double dipping over across the street training the used car salespeople.Anyway I will definately recommend DVD to friends looking to make future appliance purchases. more

Great delivery experience 8/20/2014

James was a hardworking and strong individual. He managed to carefully deliver our upright freezer down a flight of stairs and into the back of our basement all the while being heckled by my 7yr old son. I was impressed that not a scratched made and he set everything up and was very professional. more

We buy all of our major appliance from Appliance World and have for many years. Their service department is second to none and the 5-10 warranty really works. Today's installation process was no different than our previous experiences. Brandon arrived when he said he would. He got the installation done quickly and it looks great. more

Always Dependable 8/14/2014

Just bought a Microwave for over the Stove. They were here on time and it was installed in a very short time frame. The installer covered my stove and took pains in keeping the area neat and clean. The only downside is there seems to be only one installer for Microwaves so you may have to wait a week to 10 days depending on how busy they are. Love my microwave... it was a GE. more

Andrew Hoffman at the Bloomington Store was thorough and patient providing a comparison of two products in which I had an interest. Lisle was efficient and timely with the installation of the GE washer and dryer. He provided excellent advice to only use high efficiency detergent. more
