I had a GREAT experience at the Dick Van Dyke Alliance World in Bloomington, Il. The lady that assisted me, Hillary Davison, with the part I needed for my dryer was so nice and polite and helped me so much. She turned a stressful situation into a awesome experience and I would recommend that store to anyone! more

My dryer was not heating up, so called and spoke with Hillary in parts and she knew exactly what the problem was and I was able to purchase the part and get my dryer up and running! more

Recently bought 4 appliances from DVD, my salesman was Dave H. who was very helpful, answered all my questions and made sure we could have all appliances delivered to both locations on the same day. 9/3/2014

Yes I would recommend DVD to friends and family, in fact I have done so many times even before this particular transaction. Dave H. made the experience less traumatic and worry-free! All appliances were in perfect condition and they were delivered as promised. Love my new matching washer and dryer! My daughter is equally thrilled with her range and refrigerator! Unable to get the appliances in our home on the first try (NOT their fault) they returned on another day & everything went smoothly. Both Sean & Mark were very courteous & respectful of our home. They were both very knowledgable & made sure all my questions were answered. I would recommend DVD to everyone I know. more

Chris Schnosberry brought my lovely new appliance, and while he was there, he told me how to clean my dryer to avoid a fire. I took his advise and feel much safer. When my dryer quit i was pleasantly surprised that my landlord bought a new replacement dryer instead of a used one. Then. when the Chris delivered it, he treated me like a valued customer, not just a tenant. He even took the time to show me how to use it! more

Chris did a great job. Called to let me know he was on the way. Drove right to the house per instructions. Came in and looked over the laundry room. Had them hooked up in no time with out any problems. Showed me how to use. Very efficient. I can't believe he delivers by himself but it was fast and easy. more

THEY OFFER COMPLETE PACKAGE 8/30/2014

Nick in Service brought his "A" Game! I'd debated, researched problem on under cabinet ice maker and finally he diagnosed & explained the problem in detail. Then made a recommendation for replacement that featured what we wanted and not the computer circuit board we didn't want. Russ was a big help in keeping us posted on install as it was getting late in day. Then James arrived! He's the best installer we've experienced BY FAR! Blows Sears install personnel out of the water across the board. He was knowledgeable, experienced, even with the unique product, and very friendly and efficient. Today we have ICE! Thank you Dick Van Dyke Appliance World. We'll be back. more

Good deal, great deliver and setup 8/29/2014

Rental house dryer died, so I went shopping in Champaign on a Friday night. Billy set me up with what I wanted at a good price and arranged delivery for Monday. Brandon was our delivery/install guy and he was fantastic. Called ahead, delivered on time, was courteous and efficient. Old dryer hauled away and new one ready for renters to dry their laundry! I have purchased from Dick Van Dyke in the past and have kept going back. more

Lyle was great at installing my fridge and making everything was hooked up right. I've never had a fridge with a water dispenser, but Lyle knew exactly what to do! more
