Great visit feel a lot better about my eyes time was taken to inform me of what was going on with me the doctor was outstanding

Worst

I spent almost 3 hours there for a yearly appointment. Most of it was just waiting. 1/2 as long appointment with more discussion about test results would be better.

I am a bit indicisive when it comes to something that I will be needing to wear everyday for at leat a year. Julie went way beyond in assisting me. she wld even try the glasses on herself so I could get a different prospective on the look. She helped me to find the perfect glasses and sunglasses for my eyes..I cannot say enough about her professionalism and courtesy in helping me. I would recomend her for anyone that needs to selct glasses. I am a very hard sale and she made ot so easy. Thanks Julie more

A Little Disappointing 8/13/2011

unfortunately, I had a 10:30 appt. I was told that the doctor was running behind. I asked about how much because I had to babysit a child, and the receptionist said 20 minutes. I thought that would still be okay. Had they told me longer, I would have rescheduled. Needless to say, I was finally seen by the doctor at 12:00, after seeing another patient who came in after me. I understand things happen and the doctor had her personal reasons for running behind. But had I known this, I would have gladly rescheduled. This is the first time this has happened, so I will give them a pass card. Staff is nice. Doctors are thorough, so I would recommend this office to anyone despite this one incident. more

I work in a doctors office so I know how important feedback is, you were all sweet and personable. Dr. Grover was amazing as she made hailey feel comfortable and taught her about herself with no rush. Thank you all for making this a pleasant experience for her! I love, love, the new office design- spacious and comfortable. The lady in the eyeglass area really took care of me with perfessionalism and enthusiasm. Not once did I feel like I was taking her away from something or someone more important. As Arnold would say, "I will be back". more

Chesterfield Optometric 8/8/2011

On the day of my annual checkup I was supposed to give my dr. some paperwork to complete after she gave me a special eye exam. I forgot the paperwork. After I got home, I realized what I had done. I called back and was given another appt. the very next day in order to get the eye exam and complete the paperwork. Accolades to the admin. staff for having the blank form in their files in order for the dr. to complete after my exam. I was also impressed with how the dr. explained each test she gave me and showed me computerized pictures of my eyes. She also answered each question I had and explained in layman's terms so I would understand. Thank you, Chesterfield Oprometric for making my visit very pleasant. more

Time Consuming 8/8/2011

It took two and a half hours before my entire eye exam was completed. I have a simple prescription which hasn't changed in years. The amount of time it took was ridiculous. more

I have had two great experiences with Dr. DeHoff and her staff. I have found them punctual and professional at all times. The new office is state of the art and beautiful. This is the best optometry practice in our area! more

Wonderful Experience 8/4/2011

This was my first time going to Chesterfield Optometric Center. I decided to try somewhere different after being rushed through the process with the "other guys". I am so glad I chose COC. Everyone was so friendly and I love Dr. Anandan! She is wonderful! She is willing to work with me to try to find contacts for my eyes (which are very hard to fit for contacts) and I really appreciate that. more

Everyone is professional and extremely courteous! I have been seeing Dr DeHoff for years, and I would not go anywhere else. She is always thorough and answers all my questions. I feel very fortunate to have found this group in 1994 when we moved here. Also, I appreciate having access to all the modern technology to affirm my eye health. more

New Patient/New to Area 7/26/2011

I have VSP Insurance through my Employer. Being new to the Area, I searched the VSP website and found Chesterfield Optometric Center. Not only were they convenient to where I live, I called them and actually got in the same day for an appointment with Dr. Anandan. She was extremely professional and cordial. The whole appointment was handled very well and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others looking for eye care needs. more

Fantastic as usual 7/21/2011

Top of the line in Chesterfield County... Our vision is very important to us, as both my husband and I have vision issues. (over 50 with astigmatism) That said, this is our second year with COC and we love the new office, My daughter loves Dr. Dehoff and they have the exam process down, very efficent. Very high end and professional.They even looked us up under of vision plan, because I couldn't find my card. IMPORTANT We transferred over here from another locally owned Optometric Center on Hull Street by Martins... This place is sooooo much better and no hassle, drama or billing errors. They wouldn't even submit/take our BC/BS insurance for us. We are very very happy. more

Appointment visit 7/21/2011

I arrived for my appt about 10 mins early filled out necessary forms and waited about 15 mins before I was called back. The staff was very thorough and plesant. I will be going back to COC for my eye care needs. more
