unfortunately, I had a 10:30 appt. I was told that the doctor was running behind. I asked about how much because I had to babysit a child, and the receptionist said 20 minutes. I thought that would still be okay. Had they told me longer, I would have rescheduled. Needless to say, I was finally seen by the doctor at 12:00, after seeing another patient who came in after me. I understand things happen and the doctor had her personal reasons for running behind. But had I known this, I would have gladly rescheduled. This is the first time this has happened, so I will give them a pass card. Staff is nice. Doctors are thorough, so I would recommend this office to anyone despite this one incident.
