Great visit feel a lot better about my eyes time was taken to inform me of what was going on with me the doctor was outstanding

Worst

I spent almost 3 hours there for a yearly appointment. Most of it was just waiting. 1/2 as long appointment with more discussion about test results would be better.

Eye appointment 9/9/2011

Appointment time was 10:00 AM and I left the office at 12:35. I was advised that the doctor was running behind, but I believe that this amount of time for an annual eye exam is excessive. If the staff were trained to code the charts based on client's insurance & calculate the balance owed, possibly the doctor could attend the patients in a more timely manner. more

Highly Recommend COC 9/3/2011

Dr. DeHoff and the staff are very knowledgeable and make the patient feel at ease. They answer any questions and explain the exam as they go along. I also like using the online form and appointment confirmation! Great hours to help schedule appointments easily. more

Very impress with the remoldeling. Front desk associate was very understanding and helpful. I thought I was just going in to make an appointment but instead I was able to see a doctor right away, it help me put my mind to rest, for some reason or another I always think of the worst. The technician and Dr. Pinsky were both great in explaining the procedures to my 5 yr old daughter and getting her to follow through on tests without my assistance. I have confidence in this team of professionals to provide for my family's optometry needs. more

The Doctor & staff did an excellent job, getting me a prompt appointment, performing the exam, & setting me up with a pair of eye-glasses. This was my first formal eye exam & I'm sure I'll be back in the future for future checkup exams...thanks. more

Eye Exam Critique 8/25/2011

I was thoroughly impressed with the optometic Center (Chesterfield). Alexis is my grandaughter and was complaining about her eyes. Fortunately, there was nothing wrong with them; but Dr Grover was very caring towards her and didn't embarass her with the fact that Alexis was "faking it." more

Eye Exam - Dr DeHoff 8/23/2011

This was my third year using COC and I am very happy with the services I received. It's a great location and Saturday hours are very convient for me; not to mention it's only a 5 mile drive for me to get there! They recently finished remodeling ther offices which looks really nice and provides plenty of room. The staff is prompt and curtious; highly recommend if you are looking for a new eye doctor! more

Timely, professional, courteous - would highly recommend this office for an eye exam. My only complaint would be taking 1 and 1/2 to 2 weeks to get glasses. It is faster to take it to a Lenscrafter ---- more
