Great visit feel a lot better about my eyes time was taken to inform me of what was going on with me the doctor was outstanding

Worst

I spent almost 3 hours there for a yearly appointment. Most of it was just waiting. 1/2 as long appointment with more discussion about test results would be better.

Fabulous Experience! 6/23/2011

I brought my daughters in for their yearly checkup and was very pleased, as usual! This is our third year with this practice and we continue to be very happy! Dr DeHoff and her staff are friendly and informative and quick to get us in and out, which is super important for a mom with three kids and lots to do! We even ordered glasses this time and it also was quick and painless! We look forward to seeing them again next year! more

Good visit! 6/22/2011

Other than the chilly temperature of the offices, our recent visit for eye exams was good. My husband & I each had exams with Dr. Anandan and both of us were comfortable with the entire visit. My only issue was that I was uncomfortably cold during the entire visit. I noticed several staff members and at least one other visitor was wearing a sweater or jacket. more

Great Frames 6/19/2011

I've been buying glasses for 3 in our family for a long time. There are cheaper places - definitely! BUT, the cheap frames don't hold up and it has been frustrating to return often for repairs and remakes. We've had 4 pair from COC so far and they just stand up so much better. Any issues have been handled with replacement. Turnaround time is the same. Quality and service are better. more

My eye exam at Chesterfield Optometric Center 6/8/2011

I was very pleased with my visit to Chesterfield Optometric Center. The waiting room was comfortable and well lit. I was seen on time. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The doctor's assitant was very professional and performed all of the necessary test efficiently. Dr. Grover was also very pleasant and professional and kept me informed of all procedures that she was doing. She provided me with all the information I needed if I wished to get a new prescription for my glasses. All in all, my visit was excellent and I would recommend Chesterfield Optometric Center to others who need eye care. more

recent examination 6/1/2011

My recent annual examination was a positive experience. I was greeted by the receptionist who explained the paper work that was required;the technician called me promptly and I did not have to wait a long time; the professional team provided an indepth examination and explained the results. The optical dept provided excellent service to assist in the selection of frames that were best for my requirement. Thank you for a pleasent experience. more

Wonderful Staff and Office 5/29/2011

I recently moved to the area and found Chesterfield Optometric Center from my insurance company website. I recieved an appointment the next day after calling. The office is clean and cozy. I was taken back quickly, tests performed and the Doctor was both kind, and informative. She took the time to explain everything to me and then walked me over to Optical. I was pleased to find out that you recieved a discount if you needed to order more than one pair of glasses on the same day. There ws something for every budget. Exellent service, I will return and refer friends and family. more
