Great visit feel a lot better about my eyes time was taken to inform me of what was going on with me the doctor was outstanding

Worst

I spent almost 3 hours there for a yearly appointment. Most of it was just waiting. 1/2 as long appointment with more discussion about test results would be better.

I arrived early for my appointment, but waited in lobby for 45 minutes to be seen by doctor. No one addressed me about the lateness. I was very disappointed. I felt that someone should have explained this, so I could have made other arrangements. more

Visit with Dr. I.K. Grover 7/19/2011

I have never been to this eye doctor office before and I highly recommend that others go as well. The customer service was great. The receptionists were very kind and polite and explained everything so well. Dr. Grover was great she seemed like she was very concerned about my vision and eyes and went out of her way to make sure that I was aware what the test meant. The person who examined my eyes before the doctor came in was very nice and sociable. I really enjoyed my visit and I will return next year. Thanks! more

Eye Problems 7/15/2011

I was greeted cheerfully at the front desk. Dr. Pinsky was very thorough in her examination. She has a great deal of expertise at recognizing and treating eye problems and diseases. She answered my questions and discussed the results of her exam with me. All of the staff maintained a helpful and friendly demeaner. more

My problems didn't start until after the appointment 7/8/2011

My appointment went very well. I didn't wait long and the Doctor was very professional. I was suppossed to have the advanced test but the computers were down. My main problem was the next morning when I woke up I had a swollen and painful right eye. When I called the office to see what I should do they informed me that I needed another referral in order to see the doctor. If the drops they put in my eye caused a reaction shouldn't the doctor see me free of charge. When I called my primary care physician to get a referral it was a 38 minute wait so I am living with a itchy red eye. I hope it gets better soon. more

This was my second time at this office. My first visit was back in October ehen the office was under construction. The staff was very friendly and helpful then and this time. I was greeted with a smile and each staff member was very respectful while working with me. Thank you Dr. Grover and a special thanks to Daphne for repairing my eyeglasses. more

eye appt. 7/2/2011

I like the new renovations on the building, it was much better and looked 2x as large as before. I enjoyed talking with Monique as she performed all of the eye tests that she administered. She has a great personality and was a great addition to your staff when she started a couple of years ago. My appt. was for 11:30 a.m. with the new doctor and they took me back fairly quickly and Monique did her thing right away. Then the wait started. I sat in the chair in the exam room for half an hour. The office was not overly busy, it was lunch time. By the time that they got out of there, it was 1:15 p.m. I was with a staff member for 20 minutes and the rest of the time was waiting. Im not a complainer, but, this was not a great experience. I have had 3 back surgeries and have been "down" with my back since I got home yesterday. more

Good service but LONG wait 6/30/2011

The office staff, nurse and doctor were all very nice to work with and I feel confident with the service I received. However, I didn't actually SEE the doctor the first time until one hour after my appointment time. I was a little early for my appointment so I didn't cause a delay. I have to say that this is bothersome. If I were to arrive even a little late for an appointment, I would have to re-schedule, yet it seemed to be ok for me to wait. Is this the new normal? Was there some emergency prior to my arrival? more

MY VISIT TO THE EYE DR. 6/27/2011

I VISITED TO CHECK FOR FOREIGN MATTER IN MY EYE , THURSDAY WAS WHEN IT HAPPENED, FRIDAY MORNING I CALLED , I LEFT A MESSAGE, NO ANSWER,,, I CALLED AGAIN IN 30 MINUTES, ELIZABETH ANSWERED, COME IN WE WILL WORK YOU IN,,,OK I WENT IN ,ONLY WAITED 15 MINUTES , DR. DeHoff was great.. did everthing to help me in my situation, went back for a follow up sat. new dr. saw me then,,, very nice,,went back for a follow up today, Monday june 27th, everthing feels A-OK thank you for all you do, a wonderful group of people. Thanks more

Annual exam 6/24/2011

The exam was extremely thorough, they use all the latest technology and equipment. The appointments are very long and there was a lot of waiting to see the doctor. However, I trust her and I'm willing to wait. Some new patients may not be willing to wait so long.. more
