Great visit feel a lot better about my eyes time was taken to inform me of what was going on with me the doctor was outstanding

Worst

I spent almost 3 hours there for a yearly appointment. Most of it was just waiting. 1/2 as long appointment with more discussion about test results would be better.

switched dr's 5/19/2011

After making an appointment and showing up early, they informed me that my original Dr no longer accepted patients with my Insurance Co?.. [I was referred to this Dr b a colleague at work who has the same ins co?]. I was then switched to another Dr and I filled a no show slot.. she treated me fine, but didn't like the last second switch. Also if there wasn't a no show and I had to reschedule the appt I would have been really upset... more

Glad i picked this place! 5/19/2011

I recently moved to the area, and had to get all new doctors. Not knowing anyone I had to just pick one on a whim, and boy did i hit the jackpot. Not only did they care to fit me with the perfect contacts for me, I can see better than ever. Overall, I am glad I picked the Chesterfield Optometric Center. Dr.Grover is excellent. more

Great experience 5/16/2011

This is the best optometric center I have ever been to. I have been wearing glasses for over 15 years, and this place was great. I love the fact that I can get my glasses at the same place I had my exam. Im also happy that they work with my insurance. I loved it so much that now my whole family is going here now. more

Great Experience 5/14/2011

My son's appointment with Dr. Anandan was wonderful. She is, by far, the most personable doctor I (or my son) have ever had the pleasure of seeing. That was especially nice on a rainy Saturday morning! The receptionist was just as wonderful and friendly. I would highly recommend this practice to others. more

It's been a little over two years sonce my last visit and the remodeling done to the inside and out (parking) was well received and looks great. The stall I encontered was very friendly and helpful. Thank you! more

Recent Visit 5/11/2011

We love the new facility. It would so helpful if you sent new patient information forms out before the visit and request they are completed ahead of time. This saves time the day of the visit. Also, we were on time for an 8:30 appoitnment and waited nearly 20 minutes before being called back. The whole visit took longer than expected and we were unable to order glasses the day of the visit so we had to come back to order glasses. I want to thank the doctor for the hands on consultation and for the visit to the waiting room. more

Excellent customer service, nice techs and doctors. Very thorough and timely. Help you take care of your product needs as well and will mail you your contacts for no extra charge for increased convenience. Much more complete than VEI where I had been for years. more

Really liked everything about it 5/5/2011

I brought my 2yr old son and was pleasantly surprised there were toys in the waiting room. All of the staff was very kind about having a 2yr old in their offices. Dr. Grover was very patient, she endured my talkative son and engaged him several times and she was very easy to talk to and knowledgable. more

My husband and I loved the professionalism of all at this eye center. They were welcoming to our daughter who has Autism. When picking out her glasses, it was wonderful to walk in to the center and my daughter is greeting by the receptionist by her first name. That made me feel so good. They have the upmost professional staff. Thank you for accepting our daughter and caring for her. It is so greatly appreciated. more
