On the day of my annual checkup I was supposed to give my dr. some paperwork to complete after she gave me a special eye exam. I forgot the paperwork. After I got home, I realized what I had done. I called back and was given another appt. the very next day in order to get the eye exam and complete the paperwork. Accolades to the admin. staff for having the blank form in their files in order for the dr. to complete after my exam. I was also impressed with how the dr. explained each test she gave me and showed me computerized pictures of my eyes. She also answered each question I had and explained in layman's terms so I would understand. Thank you, Chesterfield Oprometric for making my visit very pleasant.
