The new Kohler faucet that was installed was defective water leaked all over kitchen bamboo floor and into basement.

Good updatw 1/7/2019

The technician recalibrate my water softener after I had called about hard water. Rohan changed the regen from high efficiency to salt. This flushed the system and seems to have solved the problem. I’m to monitor for a few weeks. He also informed me that we’ll water quality changes which I didn’t know. Very informative. Excellent job. more

Fast service 12/30/2018

I wanted a rather large job plumbing job done and was having trouble finding a plumber to handle it during the holidays. Benjamin Franklin came for an estimate right away, and did the work almost immediately, very efficient and professionally done. I would recommend them. more

The representative on the phone was pleasant and efficient. The service technician was very personable and knew how to explain the process. The problem was solved in about an hour. I was pleased with the results. I did have a $50.00 coupon from the phone book, and it was honored. more

Efficient, and knowledgeable, but overpriced compared to other area plumbers 12/22/2018

We had a simple toilet clog. The person who came to fix it was efficient, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. It was, however, overpriced. Upon research they charge about 20% more than other area plumbers. They also were not able to come quickly. We had to wait several days for them to be able to come and deal with it. Because it was our tenant's toilet and we needed it down ASAP we went with them because trying to schedule with another plumber would be a hassle. They guarantee their work and their quote which is nice. I would probably go with them for large plumbing repairs as not worrying about extra costs adding up would be advantageous, but they far overcharge for simple things. I would not recommend them for simple fixes, repairs, or drain clogs. more

Not happy with the original cost of the service though the clogged toilet was no longer a problem. 12/16/2018

The cost of the repair was, in this writer's opiniion, excessive. A call to your company was returned by Andy M. who was most accomodating. He promised a "senior discount" and a rebate of the standard house call. I have yet to recieve the refund but feel confident that it will be given as promised. more
