They immediately spoke with me and scheduled an appointment to evaluate my problem with the toilet not functioning properly. They used a camera in my drain lines, at my request and actually found the problem in my roof vent. After not getting any response from others that I called, and still no call after a week and a half from the others, I will be giving Benjamin Franklin my business. Customer Service is awesome!!! $330 for 45 minutes of work? Ben Franklin is a great company. Rohan Lodge, the senior service Plumber, is the lead man in the upgrade of my 1st floor bathroom. He is very sharp. Used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing 2x, 1st time didn't pay much attention to high price because I had been compensated by an extended warranty. 2nd time after having purchased a service plan I was charged almost $300 to install a faucet that already had the quick connects and only took a half hour. They did give me a $45 discount for the service contract? This was after they did not show because of an emergency for the original appointment. They did call but I had already spent the day waiting. This was a total rip off . Technician was great but he doesn't set the prices. Buyer beware. more

Charlie and Vinny were very courteous, professional, experienced and very thorough. They worked hard for over four hours without taking a break while replacing my old submersible pump , tank and associated equipment until the job was completed successfully. Benjamin Franklin technician was on time and friendly he determined what was wrong very quickly I had no hot water and replaced the part very quickly total all said less than an hour they wanted to charge me $700 for 1 hours actual work time and an $88 part cannot recommend because I feel I was gouged more
