The new Kohler faucet that was installed was defective water leaked all over kitchen bamboo floor and into basement.

Our repair man went over and above to find a problem with our hot water. 5 years ago we replaced our oil furnace with a gas furnace, When it was installed it was wired wrong which our service tech found. I never thought that he would find the problem, because we had hot water most of the time.He proved me wrong. more

Service is excellent but costly 3/16/2018

Timeliness was perfect. Your technician showed up one expected. Plumbing issue was very minor… He just had to tighten the connection and once in the house for less than 10 minutes. Charge was excessive for that service, more

When i have a problem you all are their. Last Thursday i went downstairs to the cellar & lo & behold i had water on the floor by the water & water conditioner. I immediately called you folks, talked to Steve & even though they had a boatload of people with problems (remember this was the day after the the #2 Nor'Easter) but manage to still come out & fix my problem. Service tech was knowledgeable and polite. His quote of $400.00 to replace the temp control spindle on my shower was way out of line. I refused the service and paid him the $56.00 fee. I ordered the spindle on Amazon for $26.00 and put it in myself. My total time spent on the project was 35 minutes. more

poor to fair 3/5/2018

The plumber came out, supposedly fixed the toilet. Shortly after he left, the toilet over flowed again - so obviously it wasn't done correctly. He also scratched up the inside of the toilet bowl with whatever tool he used. We were not told we had to pay up front. more

This team has great service across the board from office staff to technicians. They are prompt, knowledgeable and get the work done. When we have a problem, technicians look to easiest solution rather than others who jump to the most expensive and often unnecessary. Would highly recommend them. Their response time is also a plus. more
