I am so happy I went with Ben Franklin. Not only was it the best service but they came early. Called before they came as promised. The service techs were super pleasant and clearly knew what they were doing. They resolved my issue without making a huge mess. My husband was extremely impressed with them as well. I would use them again. Prices were reasonable. more

We had a hot water replaced on a Friday and the technician left our house with a gas leak as well as having the heater set to vacation mode. We had to call several times to get someone out that night. We were expecting a phone call from the manager the next week to at least apologize for the service issues but nobody called at all. I would not recommend this company. more

I paid a 186 service cost that I was fine with since they came as advertised after hours. But they use a book to cost a job and I paid 500 for a kitchen faucet and it took 10 MJ utes to install. This was way too much money. I would not recommend because of this. more

The service and the fact that they did show up after hours was great! The plumber was fantastic. The issue I have is the cost. All cost is done by the book so I paid 500 for a new faucet and the labor to install about 10 minutes! I also paid almost 200 for the emergency call and I was ok with that but a total of 700 dollars was way too much money for this. This would hold me back from using again or recommending more

we've been using Ben Franklin for years. In fact our our could be used as a model home for plumbing since Ben Franklin has replaced and installed just every thing plumbing in this 50 year old home. more

I wanted my tub recaulked but the old caulk that I had used was Flexshot and it had discolored. It was very difficult to remove but the plumber did a superb job without a single complaint. He put in a white silicone as a better replacement and he did it expertly. Very pleased with everything. more

We got home from vacation to find a small puddle in the basement from a leak which I was able to isolate to contain. Unfortunately the leak was behind a wall in the kitchen which we had just completely renovated. I called Ben Franklin the next morning (Columbus Day) and they were able to send 2 plumbers (Rohan & Stan) the following day (Tuesday). I asked them to do a very difficult task - to replace the pipes in the wall without cutting into the new kitchen wall. They called for an additional plumber (Vinny) to help and the three of them replaced the lines with PEX without damaging the new kitchen - I think there was some magic involved. Vinny needed to get into very small area to work. While they were here, we decided to replace all of the very old water lines in the basement with PEX as well as all new valves. The men worked hard into the evening and completed all of the work in one day, with our great appreciation. I want to specially thank Rohan, Stan & Vinny for their work and their friendly, pleasant attitude throughout the day. Although they worked very hard and were quite tired at the end, they remained cheerful and considerate. more
