Review content:
We had a simple toilet clog. The person who came to fix it was efficient, knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. It was, however, overpriced. Upon research they charge about 20% more than other area plumbers. They also were not able to come quickly. We had to wait several days for them to be able to come and deal with it. Because it was our tenant's toilet and we needed it down ASAP we went with them because trying to schedule with another plumber would be a hassle. They guarantee their work and their quote which is nice. I would probably go with them for large plumbing repairs as not worrying about extra costs adding up would be advantageous, but they far overcharge for simple things. I would not recommend them for simple fixes, repairs, or drain clogs.
