Another good experience at Autopark Honda 10/19/2011

This is the second time we've bought a vehicle from this dealership, and also the second time we've had a positive experience here. Malik Moss was our sales person and he was very helpful and patient through the whole buying process. A knowledgeable, friendly and low-pressure sales person, Malik was wonderful to work with, and also returned phone calls and E-mails in a quick, timely manner, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend Malik and Autopark Honda to any friends and/or relatives who were considering buying a new car. more

2012 Pilot purchased from Charlie Bruce 10/14/2011

We have recently purchased a 2012 Pilot from Charlie Bruce at Auto Park Honda. This is not the first vehicle that we have purchased from him and I am sure it will not be the last. Our New HONDA CR-V 10/6/2011

My wife and I were shopping for her new car, We end up at the Auto Park Honda in Cary , met Peter Gazzard (a wonderful sales person) and returned home with new Honda CR-V. Peter was great first in finding the model we were looking for and secondly in helping us dealing with the paperwork. The buying car experience is always a nightmare and it is not better at the Honda Auto Park, with managers hiding behind close doors not wanting to meet face to face to resolve issues in minutes rather than hours, but thanks to Peter and a lot of patience we purchased the model we wanted, not the right color tough, but we like it. Our New HONDA CR-V 10/6/2011

Very Customer Oriented 9/20/2011

Mileka Moss is a wonderful sales person. He listened carefully to what I wanted and found the exact car and color desired. The paperwork and detailing was done quickly and I was out the door in about 2 1/2 hours.. The car was sparkling when I drove away and mechanically has worked wonderfully since then.(like all Hondas do). My only reservation with Auto Park Honda was with the Finance Manager who tried endlessly to sell me a service contract I did not want. He wasn't a very customer oriented person like Milek Moss (my sales person). Probably if the Finance Manager wasn't so cool and detached I might have purchased a contract. However, I am happy I purchased my Honda from Auto Park Honda and can attest to their excellent service department also. Buy your next car from these folks. . more

When you visit Auto Park, ask for Charlie Bruce. This was my first new car purchase in 21 years. Charlie greeted me and listened carefully to what I wanted in a car. He found me exactly what I wanted at another dealership, had the car brought to Auto Park and detailed in a day. Charlie carefully reviewed final paperwork with my husband and I and ensured we were satisfied with our finance manager. He inspected the car with us to make sure the detailing was acceptable and immediately addressed a "smudge" on the car exterior. He even personally cleaned my old license plate before putting it on the car! Charlie then reviewed the car's key features with us (e.g. Phone Book, Navigation) and assisted with initial setup. My experience could not have been more positive. GO SEE CHARLIE ! more

Ask for Erik! 8/17/2011

This was my first car purchase ever, and I was really nervous about the process. I thought that A) because I'm a girl and B) because I'm a first time buyer that my salesperson was going to try to pull a fast one on me and rip me off. Luckily, that was NOT my experience at AutoPark Honda. I was greeted by several friendly faces as soon as I got within 10 feet of the door. Erik Lutz was my salesperson and he was absolutely wonderful! He took me step-by-step through the process and answered all of my many questions. He also helped me in deciding between a coupe and a 4 door by calling an insurance agent to help me find out if coupes cost a lot more to cover. On top of all that, when they didn't have the color I wanted at AutoPark, he was able to arrange to get one from another dealership so that I wouldn't have to wait longer for one to come in, and called a few days after the sale to make sure I was still happy. Erik is a great salesperson, and I believe a genuinely nice guy. So, if you're looking for a car, go to AutoPark Honda and ask for Erik! You won't regret it! more

When Melvin Wooten greeted me at the door, I felt like I had arrive at the right place. He was very professional & I did not sense any judgement against the fact that I'm an educated Hispanic woman, like I did at another Honda dealership. The process of buying a car was made such more palatable by working with Melvin. When my husband was able to meet me at the dealership, I was at the point of signing the papers for our new Honda Odyssey purchase. When you are ready to buy your Honda, do not waste time going to other dealerships. Go straight to Auto Park Honda & ask for Melvin. He will give you the customer service that we all deserve!! more

AC service repair and ignition key/switch replacement 8/13/2011

I have to say, after owning many Honda's in my life, this was one of the best service dept. experience I ever had.\r I had the pleasure to work with Jack in the service dept. and he was smart, honest and did not take advantage of my checkbook. I needed the key ignition switch replaced, and my air-conditioning hadnt worked for weeks. The parts were odered, came in quickly and they were able to fix my A/C on the same visit!! I just want to tell everyone what a great service dept. Auto Park Honda has. Jack is number one in service, Kim was great as a receptionist and Kevin, the manager is doing a great job. I plan to bring my van in for all it's needs. Thanks everyone. You made my day much better. I can now turn my ignition key without any trouble and with the 100+ degree temperatures, my A/C feels cooler than every! more
