I am a fairly new Honda owner. I have always heard wonderful things about their cars and about their customer service. I have to say that everything I heard was a understatment. I love my car and I could not have been more impressed with the service I received from Jack Jackson! Not only was my car serviced quickly but Jack took the time to explain to me everything that was done and why. For the first time, I did not feel like I was being ""taken for a ride"" by a mechanic!!! Thank you Jack, because of you, I will be a loyal Auto Park Honda customer!!!!! more

I have been a customer of AutoPark Honda since moving to the area in 2007. I have been nothing but happy with the service I have received there. CJ Carranza is my service advisor. He has always made me feel like my satisfaction is a priority, I never have to wait longer than the time that they quote, I am always offered a complimentary car wash. CJ greets me BY NAME whenever I arrive for service. A few months ago I was looking to buy a new car, and the car that I wanted originally was not a Honda. I actually chose to go to Honda and test drive 2 of their models, simply so that I could stay with the AutoPark Honda service department. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring from Mark Yingling, who I also HIGHLY recommend. I had had my 2003 Honda Accord serviced by several Honda dealers out of state, before we moved to NC, and I have NEVER been as satisfied with the service I received. AutoPark Honda's employees (especially CJ Carranza and Mark Yingling) really do go above and beyond!! more

Not a happy camper 1/24/2012

I have been a customer of Auto Park Honda for many years. I feel they have always treated me fairly, Until recently. I was not pleased with the service I received. It was not tthe mechanic. He did and excellent job. He took the time to ride around with me to listen for the noise and explained what it was. I waited for hours in the lobby for them to fix the problem. I asked the service writter Cheryl how much longer. She said almost done. She seem very unorganized. As I went to my seat the technician happen to walk up front. I asked him if he knew how much longer he said it maybe tomorrow. As we are taliking about the issue he mentioned did she offer you a loaner car. So again I was VERY unhappy. They fixed my noise and I will possibly go back ,but will never use that disfunction writter again. Get your stuff together!!! more

Outstanding Service 1/18/2012

Today my wife's 2003 Honda Accord was serviced. Jeff Corbett, Service Advisor, was very efficient during the check-in process. Approximately 1.5 hours later the front brakes were serviced, a 25 point inspection completed, and the tire pressures adjusted. I am very very impressed with Jeff's professional work ethic and technical competence. His people skills are outstanding. Jeff has been our Service Advisor for several years. Our Honda Accord has always been serviced very well. My wife has not had a mechanical problem on the road since 2003. more

Exceptional Service 1/17/2012

Cheryl Furcini is -exceptional- as a service advisor. We dropped off the Honda Accord at 7:15 a.m. and asked to have the alignment check and key fob fixed, this in addition to the firmware upgrade. Driving the Honda Pilot over at 5:30 p.m. the same day to pick up the Accord, we noticed some considerable steering difficulty and a loud noise come from the steering assembly.We picked up the Accord, were shown very clearly the alignment issue(hey, only $80 for a 4-wheel alignment! Bargain!) by Cheryl, and then it was clear the key was still not working. Cheryl got it fixed PRONTO while we stood there. Gratis. She diagnosed the issue and had it fixed. I then asked if I could drop off the Pilot ---this without an appointment. It was clear they were very busy; however, Autopark Honda promptly agreed to take a look at the Pilot. Talk about great customer service. Kudos Cheryl. Kudos Honda Autopark! We'll be coming back. more

I've always went to Auto Park Honda since we've moved here in 1999. All those years our service adviser used to be Cheryl Furcini. She is a very professional and very nice person,and always helpful. Some time ago Cheryl left Auto park Honda for another job.After that I just stopped servicing my car with Auto park Honda, it wasn't the same without Cheryl. One day I heard good news, Cheryl was back! So am I. Thank you, Cheryl, for your good job today and always! more

I had a 20,000 mile service on my CRV. My service rep was Jack Jackson who did a great job of guiding me through the process. I have used the service department of Auropark Honda several times and find their attention to detail and concern for the customer's needs consistently excellent. My only suggestion would be to offer some price incentives to loyal customers who consistently use the service department. more

I had a very pleasant experience at Autopark Honda today in Cary, NC. Eldwin Breeden was the individual who moved the paperwork along very quickly. I was in-and-out of the service center in a very short time. I expected to be there pretty much all day. CJ Carranza was extremely helpful to me today. My husband and I recently relocated to Cary from the Baltimore area and this was my first time having my Pilot serviced at this Honda dealership. CJ went out of his way to greet me, explain everything that was going to be checked as part of today's service and was very professional. He showed me around the service area and answered all my questions. He is truly an asset to this dealership and I highly recommend him as a first rate service advisor. more

CJ Carranza is the best! As a female car owner, I look for a service guy who will communicate exactly what is going on with my car, someone who does not pressure me to make the most expensive decision, someone who is professional and respectful towards women. CJ is all of that! His ability to work with me enabled me to keep my old car for probably at least 4 years past what anyone else would have done. His steady disposition, good sense of humor, and care for his clients are excellent. He is like the best doctor - the one you trust to tell you the truth and work with you until you are back on your feet again! I won't go to anyone else. more

Excellent Service from Cheryl Furcini and the service dept. 1/13/2012

My 2002 Honda Accord panel lit up like a Christmas Tree last night and the car started making rattling noises. I was pretty worried and knew my timing belt needed to be changed. I feared the worst because I have to pick up my son by 6pm and was worried about getting the car looked at and being on time or having to try and drive the car and hope it didn't die on me. Not only did they see me today but it only took 3 hours to find out what was wrong and fix the worst of it. Cheryl Furcini is the lady who help me and explained all the problems and the costs to repair them. I was overwhelmed by the cost of all the repairs and she went over which ones were necessary and which ones could be put off until I had more money. I was worried about there being a lot of b.s. but they were very honest and friendly and I didn't feel like a loser for not being able to afford all the repairs. The only thing that would have made the experience better would be if they could let you finance your total repair bill so that I could get it all done and make payments. Thanks! more

The dealership and its service representative Eldwin did a great job of registering me, informing me of what needed to be done and why, and then did the requested work, right the first time. This kind of good service will ensure that I will use them again for my next car purchase. When taking your car in for repairs it is never something you want to do. Buying one can be fun, but giving the keys to a stranger that may tell you the car needs extensive repairs is never a positive thought. Auto Park Honda has set themselves apart from the rest. With service advisers like Cheryl Furcini, it makes the car repair or service process painless and simple. She is very professional and knows what she is talking about. She made me feel so comfortable. I would not hesitate to take any of my cars to her for my servicing needs. I would recommend Auto Park Honda and Cheryl to anyone. more
