I have been a customer of AutoPark Honda since moving to the area in 2007. I have been nothing but happy with the service I have received there. CJ Carranza is my service advisor. He has always made me feel like my satisfaction is a priority, I never have to wait longer than the time that they quote, I am always offered a complimentary car wash. CJ greets me BY NAME whenever I arrive for service.
A few months ago I was looking to buy a new car, and the car that I wanted originally was not a Honda. I actually chose to go to Honda and test drive 2 of their models, simply so that I could stay with the AutoPark Honda service department. I ended up purchasing a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring from Mark Yingling, who I also HIGHLY recommend.
I had had my 2003 Honda Accord serviced by several Honda dealers out of state, before we moved to NC, and I have NEVER been as satisfied with the service I received. AutoPark Honda's employees (especially CJ Carranza and Mark Yingling) really do go above and beyond!!
