Excellent Service 11/10/2011

Excellent Service I have a 2011 Honda Accord. I bought my vehicle at the Raleigh location. I had problems with that location when I first purchased the car. If I would have known how they was going to treat me after I bought the car, I would have bought it at the Cary dealership. I call to the Cary location and spoke to Leonard Jackson (Jack) he was very patience and listen to me. He told me that I could bring my car to their location. I decided to do so and Jack has been my advisor every since. Jack has always been excellent in his customer service, he makes sure that I understand everything. I will continue to come to the Cary service department. Driving all the way from Zebulon, NC. more

I always have my Honda Civic serviced at Auto Park Honda. I like the Service Dept. I find the work they do is quick and is done correctly. Ask for Jeremy McLoud as a service advisor he is very helpful and takes the time to explain what is being done to your car. I will continue getting my car serviced here and ask for Jeremy. more

I have just purchased my 3rd vehicle from Auto Park Honda and I will never buy from anyone else. Mike, Don and Jay made our buying experience so comfortable! They went way above and beyond to ensure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. They treated us like family every step of the way. I Highly Recommend Auto Park Honda!!! Make sure you talk to Mike or Don to get you on your way. I have never been so impressed with a dealership as I have with this one, and being our 3rd purchase, it has gotten even better every time. more

For Great Service ask for Mark Yingling 11/8/2011

After visiting the Honda dealership just 2 miles from our home and receiving poor service, we decided to take a 35 minute drive to Cary Auto Park. We called and spoke to Mark Yingling as we were on our way and told him what we were looking for. Mark greeted us right away and had several vehicles lined up for us to consider. He had a thorough knowledge of how the 2012 Odyssey compared to our current 2007. There was not a lot of haggling or wasted time negotiating. Mark got us top dollar for our trade and we are very pleased with the 2012 van that we drove off the lot! He even reminded us to buckle up our child before we pulled away! Thanks Mark Y! more

I go out of my way to work with Jeremy each time I go in. Nothing but top-notch service. Always friendly and gives me honest advice. Last time I had asked for a tire rotation, but after checking the tires, Jeremy actually recommended I save the $20 for now and plan to rotate them on the next service. If he is honest enough to tell me when not to spend money, I definitely listen when he does recommend something. I won't go anywhere else. more

Miles Maat is the MAN! 11/3/2011

I went to AutoPark Honda last week to see if there was anyway I could get out of a very high payment / high interest finance. I didn't think I would be able to do anything since I was already turned down by a different Honda dealership, however, I was paired up with Miles Maat, in Sales and he was very patient and answered all my questions. A few hours later, I was pulling away in a brand new Civic and was saving a huge amount of money each month!! Thank you to Miles and your Finance team for making a miracle happen! I love my new car, and am completely satisfied. :) more

Great experience buying from Malik Moss 10/21/2011

We recently decided that we needed a minivan...uggg. After a lot of research we decided on the Honda Odyssey. I was not looking forward to the buying process, but was pleasantly surprised. Malik Moss was our salesman and he was fantastic. I really felt that he was working for me and that we wanted the same thing...to get me out the door in the van at the lowest cost. He was very quick to respond and honest. I would highly recommend him if you (like me) are dreading the whole car buying experience.... more
